I have extensive experience in crisis management, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss (for kids and adults), and women's issues. My professional education and training and my own life experiences have informed how I collaborate with each person I have the honor of working with My communication style I don't want our sessions to feel like counseling sessions. I want it to be fun, and interactive. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have worked in mental health and hospital settings throughout my professional career. I have seen firsthand how mental health affects so many aspects of our physical health as well and decided to obtain my professional license so that I could help people in new ways. I have also had significant experience working as a Psychiatric social worker, and Clinical Therapist, counseling individuals and families, I have dedicated my life to providing support, encouragement, and hope to others, and feel certain that this is what I was called to do.
