About My Clients

I help couples and individuals slow down the swirl, name what’s really going on, and reconnect with themselves and each other. Together, we unpack what’s beneath the surface, shift stuck patterns, and create space for honesty, softness, and repair. My work centers BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other marginalized folks seeking therapy that’s affirming, liberatory, and rooted in real growth.

My Background and Approach

If love feels like you’re dancing out of sync—or stuck in the same script on repeat—you’re not alone. Whether you’re craving clarity, closeness, or just a new way forward—therapy can be a space to breathe, be real, and grow into something more connected. We’ll explore how past experiences, identity, and stress shape your relationships and your emotional responses. I blend emotional insight with practical tools to help you navigate conflict, strengthen connection, and feel more understood. Whether you're healing, growing, or rebuilding—I walk with you through it. My therapy is informed by intersectional and decolonized theories and politics such as: Black Feminism Theory, Queer Sexualities, Fat Liberation, Ethical Non-Monogamy and non-hierarchical forms of relationships, Disability Justice, Sex Positivity, and Liberation Health Model.
