I focus on working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and those exploring gender, sexuality, and multicultural concerns. There is no “right” or “wrong” experience—all are valid, no matter what stage you are at. This is why I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported while exploring your story and building new skills and at a pace that feels right for you.
My Background and Approach
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, grounded in person-centered and feminist therapy. I also incorporate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and multicultural counseling to tailor our work to your needs. I am culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and anti-oppressive therapist in training. I am fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. I warmly welcome clients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds. Through personalized sessions, I hope to help you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, cultivate self-compassion, and feel empowered as you navigate your life journey.
