I understand the feelings of people with depression. Being depressed is unhealthy, making people feel sad, lonely, hopeless, stressed, overwhelmed, and self-isolated, and can contribute to suicidal thoughts when left untreated. I have been treating people with depression for the past ten years with positive outcomes after establishing a therapeutic relationship of care.

Anxiety can be terrifying, with frequent panic attacks, nervousness, sweating, palpitations, pounding chest, restlessness, fidgeting, inability to stay focused, concentration, and attention deficit. I have been caring for a patient with an anxiety disorder for the past ten years to reduce s/s of anxiety disorder and relieve nervousness. The patient feels better after establishing the relationship with therapy, medication management, and sometimes both.

The brief psychiatric intervention provides prompt access to quality mental health care for patients who have mental illness with one-to-one intervention, individual psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, feedback, empathy, advice, responsibility, and enchaining self-efficacy with positive outcomes that will improve the physical and psychological well being of the patients in the community.

I have experience treating people with anger, both adults and adolescents. Anger management aims to educate people about their triggers and the situation leading to rage. Adequate and successful treatment of anger will prevent frustration and stress.
