About My Clients

I see clients who are experiencing attachment wounds, past traumatic experiences, grief, and who want a new way to approach their healing. The journey towards self-discovery if often accompanied by pain and loneliness. We may feel overwhelmed by emotions and get stuck in unhealthy patterns that we struggle to recognize. We need someone who will sit with us in our pain and darkness without judgment.

My Background and Approach

I am dedicated to helping clients accept and tolerate the discomfort and pains that are a normal part of the human experience. By working with me, you will gain deeper insight into your patterns and valuable tools to cultivate self-regulation. By increasing self-awareness, we create greater self-compassion and understanding, which ultimately results in a happier, healthier life. I use attachment focused therapies, Hakomi, somatic and mindfulness, and parts work to support clients through their healing. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space for all individuals to explore their emotions and experiences. I prioritize the needs and goals of my clients and am committed to their growth and healing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have a deep appreciation for the human experience and I value diversity. I work with people of all races, spiritual faiths, and who identify as LGBTQ+. I hold a safe, supportive space where you can explore, integrate, and shed layers that may not be serving you anymore. Together, we will honor all of your experiences and work towards creating a life that feels meaningful, even in the midst of difficult times.
