About My Clients

My ideal client is someone who wants to understand themselves more deeply, even if they’re not sure where to begin. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, or grief. They may feel disconnected from who they are or uncertain about how to move forward. They often carry quiet strength but also the weight of wanting to meet others’ expectations while finding their own sense of balance and peace.

My Background and Approach

Together, we’ll work to understand your emotions, heal old wounds, and build practical coping tools that help you feel calm and confident, even when life feels uncertain. In our sessions, you’ll be met with empathy and respect, no judgment, and no pressure. We’ll work at your pace to help you find balance, reconnect with your strengths, and create the life you want to live. Healing isn’t about being perfect; it’s about learning to feel safe, grounded, and at peace with yourself again.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I may be a good fit for you if you’re an immigrant or Muslim client looking for a therapist who understands the importance of faith, culture, and belonging. I offer a supportive and respectful space to explore challenges, strengthen identity, and foster emotional wellbeing.
