About My Clients
You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults, couples, and families facing depression, trauma, grief, relationship conflict, addiction concerns, sexual and intimacy difficulties, health related stress, and financial pressure. Therapy can provide a space to understand what is happening, strengthen relationships, and begin making meaningful changes.
My Background and Approach
My background combines professional counseling with advanced education in public health, health and wellness, relationships, addiction, trauma, and financial therapy. This broad perspective helps me understand clients as whole people whose emotional well being can be influenced by relationships, health, work, finances, family, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, personalized, and evidence based. I provide a supportive space for deeper exploration while also helping clients develop practical skills, greater self awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier patterns. Together, we work toward meaningful, sustainable change that reflects your individual needs, values, and goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. I value creating a space where people from different backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, identities, and life experiences can feel genuinely heard and understood. I believe meaningful change often begins with greater self understanding and the freedom to explore who we are without judgment. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and pets. I love traveling, experiencing different cultures, reading, learning languages, and spending time in nature. Hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, and windsurfing help keep me connected to the world beyond work. I consider myself a lifelong learner and believe curiosity, humility, and openness help us better understand both ourselves and one another.
