About My Clients
Do you experience a gap in how you act with friends, family, or co-workers and how you actually want to show up? I believe this gap comes from systems around us—things like cultural expectations, family values, gender roles, or experiences with racism. Together, we can identify what is and isn't within our control and foster helpful change. I look forward to working with you to explore who you are, your core values, and how you want to show up in the world and your relationships.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed counseling psychologist working and living in the Seattle, WA area. My work is very relational, focusing on relationships within your community and our therapeutic relationship. Together, we explore how your views of yourself and the world impact your relationships and everyday experiences. I also draw from other evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), tailoring techniques to your needs.
