About My Clients
I work best with individuals and couples who feel emotionally disconnected, stuck in painful patterns, or overwhelmed by relationship, family, or cultural pressures. I work with clients navigating relationship challenges, attachment wounds, anxiety, identity, and life transitions. I connect well with reflective, curious clients who want to better understand themselves and their relationships, appreciate psychoeducation, and are motivated to create meaningful change.

Together, we can make sense of how the past may be showing up in the present, recognize patterns, and create more intentional ways of responding.
