My Background and Approach
With a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University, my educational journey has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of human dynamics and therapeutic principles. In addition, I have honed my skills through practical experience over thousands of face-to-face client hours with individuals, couples, teens, and adults.

I'm passionate about guiding you towards self-acceptance, dispelling negative narratives, and nurturing self-worth. Your fears may have cause you to feel judged, excluded, or hurt. Whatever the reason for you being here, I am here to give you the voice you deserve and guide you to a place where you are seen and understood, so that you can feel loved and accepted. My empathy, rooted in my Asian American background, fuels my dedication, especially towards intergenerational trauma and sexual abuse survivors. Together, we'll navigate and empower your life for stability, happiness, and well-being. As well as, challenge harmful thought patterns and help you feel truly good about yourself and your life.
