About My Clients

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors who feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, mood shifts, or ADHD. Many of my clients are looking for a supportive environment where they can openly discuss their mental health concerns without judgment. Whether you are navigating life transitions, coping with persistent sadness, or seeking clarity with medication management, I provide compassionate, personalized care to help you feel grounded, empowered, and in control of your well-being.

My Background and Approach

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), I blend medical expertise with compassionate psychotherapy. My practice, Mindful Behavioral Solutions, focuses on providing comprehensive, person-centered care for individuals across all age groups—from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. My clinical approach combines evidence-based medication management with practical therapeutic strategies to treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and mood disorders. I believe that mental health care is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we will create a tailored treatment plan that respects your unique values, lived experiences, and goals. Whether we meet in person or via telehealth, my priority is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered toward lasting healing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that compassionate, high-quality mental health care is a fundamental right for everyone, regardless of background, identity, or walk of life. My practice is built on the core values of empathy, respect, inclusivity, and cultural humility. I am dedicated to creating an affirming, safe space where clients from all diverse cultural, racial, and gender backgrounds feel genuinely valued and understood. I strongly believe in empowering individuals and families through accessible mental health care and active advocacy within our local communities. Everyone deserves a safe harbor to heal, grow, and reclaim their peace.
