My Background and Approach
I have a large toolbox that I look forward to sharing with you. My goal for you is to leave with at least five different tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times for quick relief. I am strength and solution-focused, compassionate, and I like to think I'm funny--making therapy fun and not so scary! We'll work in tandem to address the stressors that are bothering you right now. We'll start with what's going on currently and how to get control over your mind again.

I believe that everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual preference, religion, or economic status deserves equal treatment. That's why I offer sliding scale payment options--to give everyone an equal opportunity at receiving the help they deserve.
