I will work with you to find stability within yourself utilizing somatic based therapies and existential exploration. Together we will take the journey together in transcending beliefs, habits and thoughts that are no longer serving your highest well being.

I believe that wellness encompasses the mind, body and spirit. I am passionate about working with clients that are feeling stuck in hurtful cycles. My goal as your therapist is to help strengthen your connection to who you are. My clinical practice is informed by a holistic perspective including existential exploration, somatic and mindfulness techniques.
