About My Clients

I enjoy working with high-achieving adults to find more fulfillment in their daily lives. I help bright, capable adults who feel stuck in self-doubt, burnout, or “never enough” thinking. Many are late-diagnosed ADHD or autistic and want practical tools that fit how their minds work.

My Background and Approach

After working as an attorney, I found therapy to be a more effective and direct way that I could help clients, and I consider it my calling. I am trained in DBT, CBT, and crisis intervention. I have a lot of experience (personally and professionally) helping high-functioning adults (including those who are autistic, ADHD, or depressed) stop masking, build self-esteem, and create systems to help their day-to-day mood, functioning, and understand of themselves and others. I also enjoy empowering people (both men and women) who feel stuck in a cycle of negative relationship patterns. I also accept Ambetter insurance.
