Faith enjoys meeting people where they are at and coming alongside people to help them reach their goals. Faith specializes in trauma and attachment work. Trauma affects everyone from all aspects of life and can present in many different ways. Faith’s philosophy of practice is client centered, trauma informed, and strengths based. As your therapist, Faith will provide a non-judgmental safe space to explore how your past experiences are currently impacting your daily functioning.
My Background and Approach
Faith is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Relational Trauma Resolution Therapy, Integrative Attachment Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
