About My Clients
My clients are couples where one partner is leaning out of the relationship or ambivalent and the other is leaning in and wants to save the relationship. For this couple I offer discernment counseling to seek clarity about the problems and discover the next best path to take. For couples that are united in their plan to heal and grow their relationship I offer couples therapy. I am licensed in multiple states: WA, IN, IL, MO, MI, OH, CO.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping couples gain skills and confidence in healing and growing their relationship. There is hope! I use the Gottman Model of Couples Therapy and the Doherty Institutes Approach to Discernment Counseling. i work collaboratively with couples to help them achieve their personal and goals as a couple at the pace and sensitivity needed. I have an MSW, MEd, and several licenses and certifications. I am level 3 trained on the Gottman Model of Couples Therapy and certified as a Discernment Counselor.
