About My Clients
Are you dealing with stress, relationship issues, identity issues (like race, immigration status, or LGBTQ+ identity), low self-esteem, anger, trauma, or difficulty managing a disability? I can help you build a sense of security and confidence, make a shift in perspective, strengthen coping skills, communication skills, relationships skills, or provide resources.
My Background and Approach
I lean into a strength-based approach that puts you in the driver’s seat. Some of my own strengths to support you include a strong understanding of disabilities, career counseling, life coaching, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. In my past positions, I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, relationship issues, and issues relating to LGBTQ+ identities, like figuring out oneself, coming out, facing criticism, and having a queer relationship. I have also successfully provided guidance and resources to individuals who are transitioning into adulthood, college, and their career. Beyond all else, if you’re ready to step through the door, I’m ready to meet you where you’re at.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We all have challenging days, but if you're spending significant amounts of time wondering why you keep having long stretches of stress, feeling withdrawn, feeling lost, loneliness, or unfulfilling relationships, then it's time to talk to someone who has been there and has the tools to guide you to where you want to be. We don't have to feel like we're not enough, stuck, or bound to fail. The most important step is always the next step. If you're looking for a future with growth, peace, and confidence, I am here as a support, mirror, and guide in your journey. Make your next step count.
