About My Clients
My name is Fabiola Williams and I am a licensed Professional Counselor. I help adolescents and adults that are struggling with low mood, low energy, anxiety, overwhelmed, feel unheard, invalidated, struggling with loneliness, anger and have experienced trauma. I help individuals regain emotional control in order to make healthier decisions and establish meaningful connections with family and friends.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to provide you with at least three to five different techniques or tools that will be of use at all times. I am direct solution focused as well as may incorporate EMDR and CBT and ACT techniques or treatment. We will start with what is going on at the moment in order to obtained control over your thoughts and body. We will addressed what is going on that makes you feel anxious, low mood and learn to incorporate self-care and healthy boundaries.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At times, this inner strength may dim, but it does not disappear. Together we will work on exploring goals and building a life narrative that brings you joy and inner peace. Through obtaining insight, tools/strategies and practice we will accomplish sustainable change.
