Hello! I know that deciding to come to therapy can be scary. Here you don't need to try to hide your powerful emotions and pretend everything is okay. Life is full of changes and sometimes we hang onto stuff, like past feelings, actions, and thoughts that makes it hard to have good relationships with ourselves and those we care about. Sometimes, we might not even realize it's happening. I believe it all begins with understanding the experiences that shaped our lives and taking the steps to heal
My Background and Approach
In my work, I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can be authentic and feel supported on your healing journey. As a Latinx and bilingual therapist, cultural sensitivity and competence is something I highly value. I have experience in working with people with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, grief, relationship difficulties, and attachment issues.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about helping people figure out why they're hurting, digging into the ideas they grew up with, being kind to themselves, and understanding how their feelings, thoughts, and actions affect their relationships with themselves, their close partners, and the world.
