About My Clients
My clients are capable, accomplished individuals. Yet they carry more than anyone can see: persistent anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, overthinking, relationship patterns that keep repeating, or a quiet uncertainty about who they are becoming. My Background and Approach
I am Dr. Fabiola Audibert, a licensed clinical psychologist (Psy.D.) in Weston, Florida, with postdoctoral training in neuropsychological assessment. This lets me bridge two worlds: the emotional roots of your experience and the brain science behind it. Supervising doctoral psychology students at Nova Southeastern University keeps my methods grounded in current research and rigorous standards. My foundation is psychodynamic and collaborative: rather than quick fixes, we explore how your history shapes the present and what drives your reactions. I tailor each step to you, integrating humanistic, CBT, ACT, and DBT approaches when they serve your goals, so our work is both reflective and purposeful. Here, you can speak freely, be fully heard, and leave knowing yourself better. For those noticing age-related memory changes, I offer cognitive evaluations that provide answers and direction, and I coordinate with physicians when helpful so results translate into a concrete path forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should honor the whole person: their story, their culture, and the language they think and feel in. As a bicultural clinician, I bring that understanding into the room. Asking for help should never be a privilege or a source of shame, and I am committed to widening access to quality mental health treatment across generations, including aging parents and their caregivers. Mentoring those entering the profession matters deeply to me, because our field should mirror the communities it represents. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and inclusive of all. Sessions are available at my Weston office in South Florida, near Davie, Plantation, Pembroke Pines, Cooper City, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas such as Miami and West Palm Beach.
