My Background and Approach
I have spent the past 11 years training in various modalities to help all peoples, particularly MEN, in dealing and solving their issues. I use a dynamic mix of techniques to help you achieve your goals. Internal Family System will help you have more compassion for yourself and stop the internal struggle of "A part of me wants this, another wants that". Brainspotting gets quickly to the root of old traumatic memories. Dynamic therapy brings to surface internal conflict and helps you see how to live in INTEGRITY with WHO YOU TRULY ARE. About me: I’m a licensed social worker and psychotherapist, and I offer a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach. I have over a decade of experience and specialize in working with clients struggling with PTSD, trauma and MEN WITH SEX and RELATIONSHIP ISSUES.
