I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Hypnotherapist (CHT), Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), and Reiki Master with years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, addiction, psychosis, grief, and spiritual awakening. My approach blends clinical depth with intuitive healing—drawing from Jungian psychology, hypnotherapy, energy work, and narrative therapy. I specialize in helping clients uncover root causes, release emotional blocks, and rewrite the story they’ve been living. Whether you're navigating mental health challenges or seeking spiritual clarity, I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where deep transformation can happen. My work supports clients in breaking generational patterns, regulating their nervous system, accessing subconscious wisdom, and defining meaningfulness.
