About My Clients
As a mental health and addiction specialist, I provide psychotherapy to adolescents and adults of all ages. I am dedicated to neutralizing barriers of social stigma and shame associated with these challenges. I work hard to facilitate feelings of empowerment, self-acceptance and confidence and strive to create a trusting and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I take an integrative approach to therapy using a variety of techniques, tailoring my approach to help clients improve their function
My Background and Approach
I am a skilled practitioner with drug and behavioral addictions and specialize in women's issues and challenges as well. I am certified by American Society for Reproductive Medicine(ASRM) to help with issues related to infertility and family planning. I also have experience working with parents and the challenges of raising a healthy family.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe clients’ experience of therapy is unique and that they seek treatment for a wide array of issues, thus, I find it important to tailor her practice to find the best fit for each client. By applying a variety of counseling approaches and methodologies, I am able to help clients develop healthy coping skills, improving their ability to function, and begin making positive changes in their lives.
