Therapy is a unique relationship to deeply explore these questions: How are you doing? Who are you becoming? & What's under the surface?

About My Clients

I work with professionals who are navigating institutions that place extreme demands on their time, labor and energy, and with adults and teenagers navigating boundaries and seeking meaningful connection in relationships.

My Background and Approach

In therapy, we can be curious together about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I enjoy working with people who experience anxiety and depression. By understanding and coming into a relationship with its role in your life, both the symptoms and the underlying conflicts can find relief.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’ve worked as a full-time community organizer in both disability rights and racial justice. I am also a historian and am trained to think critically and systematically about cultural inheritance and intergenerational trauma.

I have experience with the following
