My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people can get through very hard mental health struggles in their lives. There is a chance to feel happiness and joy even through the healing process. I believe in meeting clients where they are and being authentic as a therapist with being able to say "I have been here too, you are not alone" The mind and body can hold alot at the same time and it is important to really take the time to work through any emotional distress one may have. Also, I strongly believe in the Black Lives Matter movement, Women's reproductive rights and the entire BIPOC movement of embracing different cultures and having the freedom to be who you are and feel comfortable being who you are.
