My Background and Approach
Sex and relationships can be one of the most positive influences in a person's life, but they're some of the hardest things to talk about. I use a combination of attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and dialectical techniques to help clients uncover their true desires and learn how to practice them in relationships.
