About My Clients
My areas of focus are Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, depression, relationship trauma and relational wounds, emotional regulation and self-doubt, and stress and overwhelm. I work best with adults who are ready to engage in meaningful therapeutic work and who want a therapist that is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative. Many of my clients are insightful and motivated, yet feel stuck or overwhelmed by patterns that no longer serve them.
My Background and Approach
My approach is evidence-based and individualized. I help clients understand how OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma operate beneath the surface, and we work together to reduce their impact on daily life and relationships. Sessions are supportive but intentional, balancing emotional processing with practical strategies you can use outside of therapy. Clients often describe me as calm, empathetic, and collaborative. My goal is for therapy to feel both safe and productive—helping you feel more empowered, grounded, and confident over time. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what you’re experiencing at your own pace, while also learning practical, evidence-based tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and readiness for change.
