I support children, teens, and families navigating Autism Spectrum Disorders by focusing on social skills, emotional regulation, and practical coping strategies. Incorporating nearly 10 years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services before I became a therapist, I provide practical tools and create a supportive space where clients can build confidence, strengthen communication, and thrive while honoring their unique strengths and identities.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, understand how these impact emotions and behaviors, and develop healthier ways of thinking. I practice coping skills and strategies with my clients that reduce stress, improve mood, and create lasting change.

I use Narrative Therapy to help clients separate themselves from their problems and reframe the stories they carry about their lives. I explore with my clients how culture, family, and past experiences shape identity, and work to highlight strengths, values, and possibilities. This approach empowers clients to rewrite their story in ways that foster healing, self-compassion, and growth.

I use Somatic Therapy to help clients heal emotional trauma by reconnecting with the body. Through gentle, body-based techniques, I support clients in noticing where stress and pain are held physically, releasing tension, and restoring a sense of safety. This approach helps build resilience, regulate emotions, and promote deeper healing beyond talk therapy alone.
