Stress and trauma can leave you feeling constantly on guard, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Even when life looks “fine,” your body may still carry what your mind can’t let go. My Background and Approach
My holistic approach integrates advanced somatic trauma treatment, attachment work, and narrative therapy to process the impact of stress and trauma stored in the body. I also offer practical tools from CBT and DBT to help you build regulation, resilience, and lasting change while feeling grounded, balanced, and supported throughout your healing process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a female, second-generation Mexican American, I know what it’s like to navigate life while carrying multiple identities. My values are rooted in equity, inclusion, and creating spaces where people can show up as their authentic selves without judgment. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, where cultural and family expectations often intersect with questions of identity and belonging. Beyond therapy, I believe in amplifying voices from marginalized communities, breaking stigma around mental health, and empowering parents and families with tools to better support their children. My work is guided by compassion, cultural awareness, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued.
