Her experience has allowed her the opportunity to work with individuals struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders and trauma,. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients in understanding how their thoughts can affect their behaviors and utilizing coping skills to assist with changing thought patterns. Evelyn has worked with families of many different cultures and enjoys assisting individuals with understanding how family values and norms can affect you.
