About My Clients
Those I have worked with come from all walks of life. My therapeutic work has been focused on individual, child, and family work, addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and emotional expression. My passion is working with romantic partnerships, of any sort, to increase relational satisfaction in a way that is meaningful to you. Clients leave with a greater sense of meaning and increased self-compassion and confidence in managing life's ups and downs.
My Background and Approach
My approach is compassion focused and curiosity driven balanced with psychoeducation to empower you to better understand your mind and body. I am deeply person centered, strength-based, and inquisitive with all my clients. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and am Kink, BDSM, and Poly aware. All your expressions and relationship structures are welcome.

I believe that all folks deserve to feel safety in their relationships and in the world. I believe deeply in a right to pleasure and joy. I hope to work with you to question the expectations placed on you by society to enhance your lived experience.
