My Background and Approach
I work collaboratively with clients to get to the root of their problems. My approach to therapy involves the application of a variety of techniques that I have learned in my professional training and through the wisdom I have gained in my own path towards wellness and greater fulfillment. I work on helping people to grow their strengths and abilities rather than focusing on what they lack. In my sessions, I incorporate mindfulness-based practices and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for individuals, couples, and families.
