About My Clients
Anxiety, depression, transitions, relationships: Whether your struggle is deeply rooted or a temporary challenge, my role as a therapist is to create a safe space for exploring solutions and finding peace. Let me help you. I also have personal and professional experience with the NPE (non-parent expected, or non paternal event) experience and love working with the "dna-discovery" population.
My Background and Approach
Using my education, compassion, and experience, I help individuals, couples, and adolescents heal their pain. My therapy method is an eclectic blend of Jungian depth psychology and a contemporary utilization of creativity, with a dose of real talk when you need it. Inspired by Cognitive-Behavioral and Dialectical-Behavior therapies, Relational theory, Eastern meditation practices, and the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and its community, I ask my clients to collaborate in the therapeutic process, thereby embracing the power within themselves to create change. By developing small pieces of inspiration for themselves day by day, I want to teach clients that they can create a life they love with the life they have.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe that anyone can create a life they love with the life they have; this doesn't mean I have a simple solution or a one-stop shop. No two lives are the same, but I believe everyone can find, and deserves, joy.
