Integrative therapy for women and couples navigating transitions, grief, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Westlake Village, CA

About My Clients

I help perfectionistic women move from the exhaustion of "doing" to the ease of "being." I guide recovering perfectionists to trade the relentless pressure of performance for embodied confidence, empowering you to reach your full potential from a place of grounded strength. I also provide a space for Jewish clients to process the toll of rising antisemitism and collective trauma—a place where your identity is honored and you don't have to explain your need for safety.

My Background and Approach

I guide women through the transition from high-functioning anxiety to grounded confidence, creating the internal space needed to flourish in their lives and deepen their connections. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist with a specialty in somatic psychology and a background in the creative arts. My approach is body-oriented, relational, and integrative, grounded in holistic modalities to meet you where you're at in each moment. I show up with warmth, compassion, and honesty. I believe therapy should feel like a deep exhale, a space where all parts of you can be fully human without judgement or pressure to perform. In our sessions, I'll help you to understand and calm your nervous system, recognize and release old patterns of tension or self-criticism, communicate with clarity and compassion, and feel more at ease in your body, relationships, and in your daily life. You don't have to have it all figured out. I'm here to walk alongside you as you find your way back to yourself.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy isn't about fixing, but rather about noticing, softening, and cultivating safety and love within yourself. I work holistically, recognizing that the mind, body, and spirit are deeply interconnected. Depending on what's needed in the moment, I draw from a variety of modalities-- somatic mindfulness and movement,  relational exploration, internal parts, expressive art-- to support you from all directions. Healing unfolds most naturally when we include the whole of you. Therapy is a courageous and deeply personal process. It asks for vulnerability, honesty, and commitment, from both of us. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the work; it's the foundation that allows healing and and transformation to emerge. This work can be especially meaningful during expansive seasons like pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Therapy is a space to be held and stay connected to yourself through these transitions of becoming someone new while caring for others.
