My Background and Approach
If you’ve tried everything and still feel stuck, it may be time to go deeper. I bring both creativity and evidence-based trauma therapy to our work together. With a Master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy from CIIS and basic EMDR training through the EMDR Institute, I offer depth, skill, and compassion in San Francisco and across California via telehealth. I also have specialized EMDR training in supporting survivors of religious, spiritual, organizational, cult, narcissistic, and sexual abuse. My approach integrates EMDR, parts work, body awareness, creativity, and ritual to reach the places talk therapy alone can’t touch. This work is more than coping—it’s transformation. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD, or seeking sex therapy to deepen intimacy in queer, poly, or kinky relationships, you deserve care that sees you fully. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in relationship—through warmth, humor, and honesty. I bring not only professional training, but also lived experience: I have ADHD, navigate chronic pain, and am bisexual. These parts of me shape the way I show up—authentically, with compassion, and with an understanding of what it means to feel different. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who celebrates queer, poly, and kinky identities, and I hold space for clients to explore spirituality, identity, and meaning in ways that feel true to them. My values are rooted in creativity, ritual, and body wisdom as pathways to transformation, along with a commitment to social justice, body liberation, and dismantling systems of oppression. I also acknowledge that I move through the world with white privilege, and I hold an ongoing responsibility to unlearn, listen, and use that privilege in ways that support equity and justice.
