About My Clients
Imagine what the world would be like if individuals can altruistically tap into their talents and abilities! Some of these strengths may be affected by traumatic events, environmental stressors, internal/external conflicts (identity and personal beliefs), mental health and medical challenges. My style consists of providing compassionate, person-centered, trauma-informed lens that allows my clients the ability to identify their goals and restore a sense of control back in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I would like to help individuals get to a place where they feel safe to share, explore and process complex emotions and experiences. We will work collaboratively together to discover negative core beliefs that may be the center driving force towards how they have been navigating their lives and identifying modalities that would best work for each person.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As an Asian American female who is dedicated to working in the mental health field, I am passionate about working with individuals who identify themselves within the BIPOC and/or LQBTQIA community. I am honored to have the opportunity to give people their own respective space to express and share their own voices (without filter and judgement), feelings, experiences while being mindful that everyone has the rights to self-determination and freedom in their therapeutic journey.
