About My Clients
I work with men who feel stuck—whether it’s in relationships, emotions, or patterns that no longer serve them. If you’re carrying old wounds or just tired of going through the motions, therapy can help. I’m EMDR-certified and here to support you in getting unstuck, making sense of what’s beneath the surface, and moving forward in a way that feels real. Let’s see if we’re a good fit.
My Background and Approach
I became a therapist to offer something deeper than surface-level support—real trauma resolution that helps people move from survival mode into a fuller, more meaningful life. My work focuses on the connection between the mind and body, and how unresolved pain can shape our sense of self, relationships, and purpose. I bring a grounded, no-nonsense approach to therapy—rooted in respect, clarity, and presence. Together, we’ll explore the shadow parts of your story, identify what’s holding you back, and reconnect with your internal strength. I use a range of evidence-based methods tailored to your needs, with a direct focus on what’s happening in your life now and how to move forward. It takes courage to turn inward. My role is to walk with you through that process—practically, relationally, and without judgment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a therapist to help people explore the deeper layers of their experience—identity, meaning, and healing from trauma. Outside of therapy, I live off the grid on a sheep farm in rural Tennessee with my partner and two dogs. I prioritize meditation, growing my own food, and living simply. I'm actively involved in multiple psychoanalytic consultation groups and spend much of my personal time writing about therapy, healing, and the inner life.
