About My Clients
You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck during a life transition. Perhaps your thoughts feel heavy, your emotions hard to manage, or stress has begun to impact your relationships, work, or sense of self. You want relief, clarity, and balance, but also a deeper understanding of yourself. You’re seeking a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and build tools to navigate life with greater confidence and emotional resilience.
My Background and Approach
I offer individual therapy for adults using a person-centered, strength-based approach. I integrate evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients understand patterns, build coping skills, and develop emotional resilience. Therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people are the experts in their own lives and possess innate strengths and the capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change. Therapy is not about being “fixed,” but about being supported, understood, and empowered. I strive to create a safe, grounding, and trauma-informed space where clients can show up authentically—exactly as they are. I believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassion, and that progress looks different for everyone. My role is to walk alongside clients as a supportive guide, helping them reconnect with themselves, increase self-awareness, and move toward greater peace and balance. I am deeply committed to providing accessible, nonjudgmental, and client-centered care that honors each person’s story and pace.
