My Background and Approach
Eva is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) for chronic pain, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Care. Eva has obtained specialized training on Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) through Postpartum Support International (PSI).
