About My Clients
Eva has over 11 years of experience working with adolescents and adults with a history of head injury, traumatic brain injury & subsequent cognitive decline, changes in mood, and personality. She also specializes in working with people who suffer from chronic medical conditions (e.g., chronic pain & fatigue, autoimmune conditions, dysautonomia, etc), PTSD, insomnia, & ADHD. Eva has a soft spot for individuals on the Autism spectrum, as well as self-proclaimed ‘nerds’ and ‘misfits.’
My Background and Approach
Eva earned her MS from Loyola University in Clinical Psychology. She utilizes an eclectic approach in order to treat clients with a combination of modalities to meet their individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, self-esteem building, mindfulness and relaxation training, and support. Eva strives to create a professional relationship that empowers diverse individuals of all races, cultures, ethnicities, and sexual orientations to accomplish their mental health goals.
