My Background and Approach
We all have our own unique hurts and pains, therefore the way we heal is also unique to us. In my partnership with clients, I utilize an integrative approach that utilizes elements such as Brainspotting, CBT, multicultural counseling, Person-Centered, Gottman and Prepare/Enrich modalities. I believe that a trusting, safe and supportive therapeutic relationship between a provider and a client has the power to nourish healing.
