About My Clients
Are you carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or a major life change? Maybe you feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or tired of repeating the same patterns. I work with clients healing from trauma, IPV, identity concerns, LGBTQ+ experiences, and life transitions. Together, we can strengthen boundaries, rebuild confidence, and help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to the life you want.
My Background and Approach
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical, with a strong focus on helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I work with individuals navigating trauma, intimate partner violence, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, identity exploration, LGBTQ+ experiences, and major life transitions. I use CBT, DBT-informed skills, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, grounding, and strengths-based techniques to help clients better understand their patterns, regulate emotions, strengthen boundaries, and build coping tools they can use in everyday life. I also offer faith-based integration when requested. Together, we will address what is affecting you now while also exploring past experiences that may be shaping how you think, feel, and respond today. My goal is to help you develop practical tools, build confidence, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people can heal, grow, and change at any stage of life. Sometimes we develop ways of thinking, coping, or protecting ourselves because they helped us survive difficult experiences, even when those patterns no longer serve us. I believe therapy can help you understand where those patterns came from, unlearn what is holding you back, and build healthier ways of moving forward. I value honesty, compassion, resilience, authenticity, and meeting people where they are without judgment. I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and accepted, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. I also believe faith and spirituality can be meaningful sources of strength and healing, and I am happy to incorporate them when they are important to you. My goal is to create a space where you can be fully yourself, feel heard, challenge old patterns, build confidence, and move toward a life that feels healthier, more peaceful, and more aligned with who you want to become.
