About My Clients
Are you a woman who feels emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, and exhausted by your relationships? Do you overthink interactions, carry the emotional weight for everyone around you, or lose yourself trying to keep the peace? Maybe you give too much, tolerate too much, or struggle to understand why your emotions feel so intense. Even when you know something isn’t healthy, it can feel hard to let go, speak up, or choose yourself. You don’t have to keep navigating it alone.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I specialize in helping emotionally overwhelmed women navigate painful relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and difficulty setting boundaries without guilt. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional intensity, and losing themselves in relationships. My approach is warm, relational, and insight-oriented, integrating systemic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method interventions, attachment-based work, and DBT-informed skills. I help clients better understand their emotional patterns, strengthen communication, build healthier relationships, and develop greater emotional clarity, confidence, and resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I specialize in helping emotionally overwhelmed women navigate painful relationship patterns, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty setting boundaries without guilt. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional intensity, and losing themselves in relationships. I especially love working with highly sensitive, self-aware women who appear strong on the outside but feel emotionally exhausted internally. Many are stuck in confusing or emotionally painful relationships, constantly questioning themselves, overanalyzing interactions, and carrying the emotional weight of everyone around them. Together, we work toward emotional clarity, healthier boundaries, more secure relationships, and a deeper connection with themselves.
