My integrative approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, values, and goals, drawing from Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, family systems therapy, and more. Cultural humility is at the heart of my practice. My practice is an inclusive space where all identities and experiences are honored. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life is built on relationships, shaping who we are and how we see the world. Our behaviors and emotions communicate our internal experiences, and unresolved relational trauma can lead to anxiety, depression, conflict, and even physical illness. Trauma can feel like a wound to the soul, draining our strength and leaving us in pain. My hope is to help clients heal, build meaningful connections, and rediscover joy, inner strength, and a renewed sense of self.
