My Background and Approach
As a licensed therapist and the founder of Abundant Life Counseling & Consulting LLC, I am called to help people heal, grow, and live with purpose. My heart is to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and free to be honest—because healing begins with being heard.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we were all created in the image of God. I believe we all have a mind, body, and spirit that was meant to work together in alignment with our Creator. By bringing these three areas in line, we experience wholeness. We begin to live life more abundantly!
