As a man myself, I know the stigma that exists when it comes to seeking help for mental health. The truth is, it takes great strength and is a sign of masculinity to work to improve yourself. That is the kind of action that will lead to your becoming a better partner, a better parent, a better provider and a better man. Men are under increasing pressure to fulfill a certain unexplained role in society, and more of us are unhappy and unfulfilled than ever. I'm here to talk to you about it.

I know personally what the dark cloud of depression can do to an otherwise healthy mind. It's like a thick fog that envelops you, you can't find a way out, and it feels like you've always been this way and always will be this way. But that is just the smoke and mirrors trickery of depression. The truth is you CAN find your way out of it, and it can be much quicker than you think. But only by bravely attacking depression head on can you defeat it. Depression wants you to give up. Don't.
