With curiosity and direct feedback, I assist people in stripping away the layers that may not feel authentic and to get in touch with the parts of themselves that may need some help coming alive.
My Background and Approach
For working with couples, I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method Therapy including unbiasedly working with couples impacted by infidelity. In addition, I have expertise in serving LGBTQ+ and gender diverse clients providing Gender Affirming Care.
