About My Clients
I work with clients who are going through complex shifts in their lives and who need emotional support with someone who is committed to dismantling oppressive systems. I believe in the power of humans to choose a direction for our lives and also recognize and witness the ways that oppressive systems make it hard for many of us to live a life that feels good for us.
My Background and Approach
I prioritize anti capitalist and anti ableist values, cultural competency, and financial accessibility in my practice. I specialize in grief, cultural identity, and non traditional relationship structures. My practice highly values cultural competency and financial accessibility, and I work with people of all races, ethnicities, religions, and genders/sexuality. Sex worker positive. I work with individuals through a radical social justice lens. My passion is helping people become more self aware in order to stimulate growth, happiness, and fulfilling their potential. I view therapy as a collaborative process where I am helping you get to know yourself better.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The pillars of how I work center on self- compassion, tuning in and listening to your body and intuition, undoing internalized patriarchy/capitalist/ableist values. I value grief as an essential and special journey.
