Is therapy alone not working? Does your primary care provider recommend medication to help you feel better? Cross Functional Care, and our team is here to help. We work cross-functionally with your other care providers and take insurance, all of our appointments are via telehealth; you can book appointments online and use text or the web-based dashboard to communicate with us.
My Background and Approach
Having completed her Bachelor's and Master of Nursing degrees at South University, she furthered her expertise with a Doctorate from Washburn University. Her extensive healthcare experience spans treating acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan, specializing in mental health disorders, preventive care, and patient and family education. Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, Ms. Exume-Noel's linguistic skills enhance her ability to serve a diverse patient population with empathy and understanding. Her many years in nursing have seen her excel in critical care, telemetry, family practice, internal medicine, psychiatric mental health, and nursing education. A proud member of the Black Nurse Practitioner Association of Palm Beach County, we are privileged to have Estherline Exume-Noel as an integral part of our team.
