About My Clients
Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, tired, physical discomfort, depressed, hopeless, sleep deprived, dissatisfied? Or possibly struggling with experiencing a loss, a life transition, feeling displaced? I have a strong background in working with individuals who seek assistance to restore calm in the body, learn to regulate emotions, understand/ manage thought patterns, and ultimately achieve balance and grounding.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Oregon and Idaho. I use a wide range of treatment methods depending on the individual client's needs, however I primarily provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), mind-body techniques, and mindfulness/self-compassion training.

My mission is to support my clients in their individual journey of growth. I'm committed to creating a safe space when providing therapy. Some of the elements I utilize to foster a sense of safety include: Holding an open-minded and nonjudgmental approach, tailoring therapy to your individual needs, and creating space for collaboration and feedback.
