My Background and Approach
My educational background includes a strong background in early education and development, family relationships, and marriage /couples relationships. I work with individuals who desire to improve their personal well-being and their relationships with those they care most about. I provide a supportive space for clients to process their thoughts and feeling and help them envision their most desired outcome and provide tools along the way to help support the individual in this transformation process.

Therapy is a unique process and engaging in this form of self-care to help yourself focus on your needs and well-being will by nature help improve personal relationships and naturally increase your level of well-being in other areas and relationships in life.
